Why not just override ResourceManager?

Hi,

Your project look interesting but why dont just override resourcemanger http://authors.aspalliance.com/quickstart/howto/doc/ResourcesCustomReader.aspx

Resources’ storage in the assembly up is an additional isolation level.  
Resources’ storage in the assembly up is the similar approach for all applications, whether you have Web, WinForms, WPF.
During the creating of a new approach developers will be oriented onto previous standards’ support, it can save time during the process of migration.
